Two Drivers Indicted for Deadly Berea Wreck

The two drivers connected to a fatal accident that left two Berea College students dead were both indicted by a Madison county grand jury.

Both students, one 23 and from Bulgaria, and the other 21 and from Mongolia died from blunt force trauma resulting from the collision.

The first driver, Darryl Long-Foster, was arrested at the scene. The other, Natasha Gross of Berea, was involved in other accidents and taken into custody after an investigation. Both drivers could be found guilty of reckless homicide, second degree manslaughter, or even murder as they are both accused of causing the death of the two college students.

According to the indictment, both were under the influence of various drugs and alcohol while driving, warranting the more serious charges showing reckless regard for human life.

Gross is charged with assault, wanton endangerment criminal mischief, aggravated DUI, and the two capital murder charges. Long-Foster is facing second degree manslaughter charges, as well as assault and aggravated DUI.
