The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of two individuals at a business off US 25 about 1 mile north of London while conducting a drug investigation early Tuesday morning. The arrests occurred after deputies found two individuals in possession of suspected methamphetamine, suspected heroin, digital scales, and a loaded hypodermic needle in their vehicle.
Lauren Taylor Gannon (age 29) and Samuel Alex McKinley (age 24) were both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree methamphetamine, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance first-degree methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.
