The threat of high winds and inclement weather has resulting in the changing of trick or treat times for many areas of central Kentucky. as it stands, Richmond, Berea, Danville, Harrosdburg, Lexington, Winchester, Lincoln County, and Scott County among others have changed their Halloween festivities to Tuesday from 6 to 8.
