(LEX18)- The man accused of sending inappropriate messages to minors in Estill County is no longer in local custody.
According to our news partner LEX18, immigration officials came around 9 A.M. Monday to pick 35-year-old Torstein Torsteinson up.
Back in April 2019, Torstienson was accused of contacting four minor females through the internet for sex. His girlfriend , Sherry Murphy, a former Estill County teacher, still faces charges of failing to report the incidents and interfering with the investigation. She has entered a not guilty plea in her first court appearance.
