Kentucky State Police have identified the deceased male discovered over the weekend in Owingsville as Christopher Bussell 41 of Owingsville Ky.
As a result of this investigation the following subjects have been arrested and charged with the following.
Shannon T. McCarty 20 of Owingsville Ky. -Murder and Harboring a Fugitive
Priscilla Ann Hunt 42 of Morehead Ky. -Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Harboring a Fugitive
Joslyn Brooks 18 of Stanton Ky.- Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Harboring a Fugitive
Krystal Gail Hardin 40 of Owingsville Ky.= Conspiracy to Commit Murder
Donald R Puckett 45 of Owingsville Ky was arrested on unrelated charges
Additional charges are pending presentation to the Bath County Grand Jury. KSP Troopers responded to 377 East High Street in Bath County Saturday February 11, where they located a male victim in the yard near a brush pile.
