Details of a Thursday arrest has been made available by the Madison County Sheriff’s office. On Thursday March 24th, 2022 at approximately 6:25 p.m. Deputy Keltner initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle, occupied by three persons, in the area of Cookout at South Killarney; for observed traffic violations. At the time of the traffic stop, the operator failed to yield and fled in the motor vehicle, then exited the motor vehicle and fled on foot. After a foot pursuit, the operator was apprehended and identified as Mr. Paul Brown. According to the report, once Deputy Keltner returned to the scene of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the remaining two occupants of the vehicle had also fled on foot. The remaining occupants were both located and identified at Mr. Michael Gilbert and Ms. Caitlin Stokes.
