The annual Celtic festival put on by the Richmond Area Arts Council is happening this Friday at 6:30. The annual event is a kick off for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the town. The event has traditional Irish music, dancers, and food like bangers and mash. Funds raised by the Celtic festival go back to the many programs that the Art Council puts on for children and adults throughout the year.
