A Richmond man seen in the area of Dixie Plaza swinging a chair and punching himself in the face ended up in police custody on multiple charges this weekend.
According to the citation from Richmond Police, they responded to the area in reference to the disturbance, where Mackey Mill was also running up and down the street kicking and beating things in addition to swinging the chair.
Mackey was also allegedly, according to the caller, swinging the chair against the door of a trailer, seemingly trying to break in. When officers arrived, Mackey was sweating profusely and had thrown one chair into the road and was swinging another.
The citation continues that Mackey was unable to tell officers where he was at the time, and seemed disoriented and confused. He allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine, and was found to have an active warrant according to police.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and 2nd degree disorderly conduct.
