Kentucky State Police in Morehead say they were originally contacted by Wolfe County Department for Community Based Services to investigate allegations of sexual abuse involving a juvenile.
As a result of a lengthy investigation that started in June of 2024, Troopers have been able to identify 5 juvenile victims to date, and have arrested the following individuals on these charges.
David Parks, 47, of Campton has been charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor U/12 (31 counts), Incest, Rape 1st degree, Sodomy 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 3rd degree.
Alicia Parks, 40, also of Campton charged with Incest, Rape 1st degree, Sodomy 1st degree, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 1st, Unlawful Transaction w/minor 2nd degree.
Rebecca Mann, 40, of Beattyville is charged with Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor Under 12 (31 counts)
The case remains under investigation by Trooper Tyler Montgomery.
