A 21-year-old Richmond man is now in jail for allegedly assaulting his father.
The Richmond Police Department received a call in reference to a male on the floor stating he couldn’t get up and needed help.
Reports say that officials found the father (victim) on the floor and immediately gave him medical attention. He was transported to Baptist Health in Richmond.
