Last month, owner of local sandwich shop Tela’s in downtown Richmond was detained and taken to the Madison County Detention Center on a warrant out of Chicago.
However, Marshawn Thomas is now released, and he is back doing what he loves and serving the people of Richmond.
Chef Tela remained upbeat throughout the interview, and says that he had made some mistakes in the past but he has learned to build a new and positive life for himself.
