WBONTV.com attended the unveiling and dedication of a Sisters of Charity Interpretative Marker at Saint Marks Catholic Church in Richmond. During the Battle of Richmond the Sisters of Charity came from Cincinnati to tend to the wounded for some months during the Civil War.
