A shots-fired incident on Irvine Road in Madison County has led to the arrest of a Richmond man.
Just before 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, Kentucky State Police were called to the scene where Rodney D. Hunt, 52, allegedly discharged two firearms inside his home, aiming toward three other occupants. A juvenile in the residence sustained minor injuries and received on-scene treatment from Madison County EMS.
Hunt was taken into custody and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. He is charged with first-degree assault (domestic violence) and eleven counts of first-degree wanton endangerment (discharge of a firearm). The investigation is ongoing.
