September Heatwave Not Going Away Anytime Soon

The heatwave continues across the state. Temps again reaching into the mid 90’s and it’s not cooling down during the overnight, either.

Usually around this time of year, we can expect to see lows dropping into the mid 50’s.  Last night, we only dropped down into the mid 70’s, 20 degrees warmer than what we should see for mid-September.

Tonight, we will not see temps much cooler as we drop to just around 70 degrees.  Tomorrow, highs will again stay in the mid 90’s with humidity again a little higher. It feels like the dog days of summer all over again.
