Reports from Richmond Police state that the second suspect in the murder of Jacoati Dean has now been apprehended. Elton Bailey was captured yesterday in Lexington on Honey Jay Court. Elton was wanted along with twin brother Eltron who was arrested on November 13th. Elton Bailey is currently being held in the Fayette County Detention Center with a complicity to commit murder charge.
