In a disappointing announcement for big boy lovers everywhere in the region, nearly all area Frisch’s restaurants will be closing in a matter of days.
According to a notice obtained by the Lexington Herald Leader, all of the locations have defaulted on their rent payments, according to the landlord, NNN REIT.
This includes the Harrodsburg Road and Hamburg Lexington locations and the Winchester location among several others in Central Kentucky.
Today the workers at the Winchester Frisch’s posed for a picture with the big boy, before officially closing their doors this Wednesday.
