Richmond Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Saturday night on North Third Street in Richmond.
Police now confirm to WBON-TV9 that a man was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
The road was closed while police interviewed witnesses and worked the scene.
The shooter has not been identified or apprehended at this time.
It was a very active scene tonight. The road was reopened, and police cleared the scene around 10:30 p.m.
