The Salvation Army is responded in Richmond Monday, delivering emergency supplies from their warehouse in Louisville to support flood-affected families and communities.
Emergency Disaster Services Director Scott Tibbetts is delivering cleanup kits, 20-gallon plastic totes, personal comfort kits, and cleaning supplies as The Salvation Army works with local emergency management officials to assess additional needs and determine next steps.
