Richmond Police report arriving to McDonald’s in reference to a female passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. Reportedly the car was still running and after knocking on the drivers side window several times the driver, 34 year old Bobbie Jean Judd eventually woke up. Officials say Judd seemed disoriented and upon inspection deducted the individual was intoxicated.
Judd reportedly consented to a search of her vehicle, where shortly after police report finding a pink pill called Diazepiam tucked inside a folded up 20 dollar bill. Officials say Judd was not able to provide police with a prescription for the medication. Judd was then reportedly placed under arrest, where according to officials after a search of her person a tan powdery substance believed to be heroin was seized. Judd is now lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
