A woman was recently taken into custody by the Richmond Police Department following a call from the TjMaxx location, stating that she was allegedly seen under the influence in her vehicle. Police arrived on scene and were met with Tiffany Rivera, who was laid back in the vehicle matching the description, with reportedly constricted pupils.
The citation continues that Rivera was staggering out of the car and exhibited slurred speech. When a search of the car was conducted, police report finding multiple items caked with a white residue. Police add that she allegedly admitted to them to doing crack cocaine and that the found paraphernalia belonged to her.
Rivera was taken to the detention center and charged with public intoxication (excluding alcohol) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
