A Paris woman is facing over 25 charges stemming from a high-speed pursuit in Madison County Sunday night.
Richmond police began pursuit of the vehicle just before 7 p.m. Sunday night. The chase continued onto I-75 north. The suspect exited the interstate and headed back up Lexington Road south, eventually into Berea and back onto I-75 southbound.
The suspect was recorded at speeds in excess of 120 mph. Among her many charges, include wanton endangerment of police officers and a weapons charge.
The pursuit was terminated in Rockcastle County around 7:30 p.m. The suspect was then transported back to Madison County.
That woman, 24-year-old Alexis Livingood of Paris, is now facing a litany of charges and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
