Following a multi day drug investigation by Richmond Police, officers were able to take five individuals into custody while seizing large amounts of cash and drugs. According to RPD, they received several drug complaints regarding a residence on Longview Drive in Richmond. Following the investigation, officers seized:
11 oz of suspected methamphetamine
1 oz of suspected heroin/fentanyl
Over $1700 in currency
1.2 oz of marijuana
Throughout the investigation and the execution of a search warrant, five people were arrested and charged with various drug-related offenses.
On 07/01/2021, Cecil Pelfrey (53) of Richmond was arrested and charged with:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 2nd offense (heroin)
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree (methamphetamine)
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense (carfentanil or fentanyl)
Possession of marijuana
No registration plate
No operators license
On 07/01/2021, Lee Ann Courtney (45) of Winchester was arrested and charged with:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree (methamphetamine)
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense (heroin)
Possession of marijuana
On 07/02/2021, Shawn Rowland (29) of Richmond was arrested and charged with:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree (methamphetamine)
Possession of marijuana
Possession of drug paraphernalia
On 07/02/2021, Donald Rose (61) of Richmond was arrested and charged with:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree (methamphetamine)
Trafficking in marijuana

On 07/02/2021, Daniel Rose (35) of Richmond was arrested and charged with:
