A Madison County Court Security Officer has been arrested tonight by an officer with the Richmond Police Department.
29-year-old Logan Foster of Berea was charged with several offences including public intoxication, menacing, terroristic threatening, and resisting arrest.
Foster was booked into the Madison County Detention Center around 6:30 p.m. Sunday night, January 7, 2024.
