Blitz is RPD’s new canine on duty. Officer Chip Gray is Blitz’s handler, and he spoke with us about how the RPD acquired their newest recruit. Blitz is a 22 month old Belgium Malinois. The start of Blitz’s training began at Tarheel Canine Training Inc. in Sanford, North Carolina.
