Richmond Police have arrested a ‘person of interest’ in the case involving human remains found a burned structure in Lee County last week. The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post announced Reed was a person of interest in the case yesterday and asked for the public’s assistance with locating the suspect.
According to Richmond Police, the call came in Tuesday evening regarding a possible overdose at a residence on Churchill Drive. While enroute, officers received information the subject was possibly Logan Reed. When officer’s arrived, they confirmed the man’s identity and arrested him for an outstanding warrant, unrelated to the KSP case.
Logan “Shane” Reed, 33 years old of Richmond, was booked in the Madison County Detention Center last night just before midnight.
