An on-patrol Richmond Police officer was flagged over just after midnight Saturday for an apparent stabbing. The incident occurred in the area of Madison Avenue in Richmond.
As a result of the following investigation, three people have been arrested by RPD and charged with Assault 1st degree, among other charges.
Arrested were 33-year-old Jamarr Simpson, 31-year-old Tierra Gaines, and 30-year-old Akilah Parker.
No information on the victim or their condition has been released at this time.
