Local roof company business owner, former restauranter, and Madison County businessman, Eddie Matthews clarified Tuesday afternoon on social media that he is not the same Eddie Matthews that died of an apparent homicide in Berea Monday night.
Matthews asked to keep the family of the other Eddie Matthews in their prayers.
Matthews owns Ideal roofing in Richmond, and was a former owner in Sidelines restaurant in University Shopping Center.
