Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office say they received credible information of the whereabouts of Brandon Rhodus late Friday, April 5, 2024 .in Madison County.
Rhodus walked away from an assigned work detail, while serving time at the Franklin County Regional Jail, on Wednesday April 3rd, 2024, and was believed to be traveling to Madison County.
Deputies say Rhodus was taken into custody Friday around 5:30 p.m. in Madison County and booked into the Madison County Detention Center with additional charges of Escape 2nd Degree & Resisting Arrest.
