Richmond Pollice Department is looking for a young man they say is missing and possibly an endangered person.
Detective Toth is asking your assistance in locating Samual Tucker. Mr. Tucker was last seen in the area of the Richmond Walmart last week around 6 pm on November 15th, 2023.
He is known to frequent the Danville area.
