One Richmond man is now looking at a handful of charges after he was allegedly observed in Richmond Mcdonald’s Sunday intoxicated, and attempted to get behind the counter. Officers arrived to discover 30 year old Jeremy Allen in the parking lot in his vehicle. When they attempted to initiate a traffic stop, Allen allegedly attempted to evade police…in the wrong direction on the road. Allen continued onto the bypass and disregarded traffic signals until he got to a gas station near Meijer.
When Allen got out of the car, police report that he smelled of alcohol. Upon a search, pills and beer cans were located and Allen allegedly admitted to taking mushrooms, and asked police to kill him. He was eventually detained and charged with first degree fleeing and evading, reckless driving, a plethora of traffic infractions, and additional charges.
