Police reportedly spoke with social services who regarded a possible sexual abuse case of a six year old female.
Officials spoke to the mother of the child who advised authorities that her daughter had been touched by the suspect, 49 year old Steed Stubbs in her “no-no spot”. Police conducted an interview with Stubbs who reportedly advised police of a sexual interaction between him and the victim . Stubbs was citied and transported to the Madison County Detention Center.
