Berea police arrested 55-year-old Samuel Ratliff of Richmond Tuesday afternoon on three counts of second-degree rape (no force), second-degree sodomy, distribution of obscene matter to minors and five counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
According to the warrant, between Feb. 1 and March 8, Ratliff allegedly engaged in multiple types of sexual activity with a juvenile younger than 14, and also allegedly forced the victim to watch pornography. He is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
