On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, around 3 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11 Richmond say they received a call of a missing person in Rockcastle County.
The man has been identified as Joseph D. Miller, 36, of Orlando. Miller was last seen around 12:00 P.M. on Friday, June 21st. Miller is approximately 6′ 0″ tall and 150 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
