After last night’s deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas, WBON-TV spoke to multiple agencies in Madison County about the training procedures they undergo for similar situations, if they were to occur in Richmond and surrounding areas.
We spoke to Deputy Mike Stotts at the Madison County Detention Center about what the Sheriff’s office does to gear up for potential active shooter situations, as well as Detective Zachary Stokes from Richmond Police Department, and Public Information Officer Corey Lewis from the Richmond Fire Department.
