Yesterday the Richmond City Government met to discuss and redefine the ordinance regarding the mobile food industry here in Richmond.
City Attorney Garret Fowles and City Manager Rob Meinrich led the discussion by examining the expensive business license that many food mobile vendors have brought to light. This marks the final draft of the ordinance, be sure to watch the video to see the final decisions made by the council.
