Richmond police recently took an 18 year old into custody, and charged him with multiple counts of first degree wanton endangerment after he allegedly was observed driving on the wrong side of the road, and then hit another car. The warrant alleges that Issac Polly was driving at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of walnut street before striking a car with multiple passengers. Polly then fled the scene, and his passenger suffered a head injury and got out of the car before he drove away. Polly was located on Norwood drive and taken to the detention center.
