Today, Saturday January 22, Madison County Sheriffs Deputy Bear and Deputy Kermeen were dispatched to to Waco Elementary School; regarding a suspicious male and a female who were parked near the back of the school.
Deputies report the two occupants and identified as Ernest and Elizabeth Isaacs.
It was discovered Elizabeth Isaacs had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Madison County.
While Deputy Bear was making contact with Ernest Isaacs, at the passenger side of the vehicle, Deputy Bear reportedly observed suspected methamphetamine in plain view.
Elizabeth and Ernest Isaacs were both placed under arrest without incident and we’re charged accordingly;
Ernest Isaacs: • Possession of Controlled Substance; 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Elizabeth Isaacs: • Possession of a Controlled Substance; 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia • Warrant – Failure to Appear
Deputies were assisted on scene by Madison County EMS.
