Rainfall Makes it Feel More Like Autumn with Lower Temps

Happy rainy Monday to the Bluegrass. It took a while, but we have finally cooled down and received the first significant rain since the end of August.

Across the state, we are seeing rainfall totals from two to four inches in some areas. That rain is much needed, and some of the burn bans have been lifted as a result.

Highs for today are the coolest of the season so far, topping out in the low 60s. Tonight will get chilly, with lows dropping into the mid 40s and the rain moving out of the area. Tomorrow is looking a little warmer at 70 degrees with mostly sunny skies! It’s shaping up to be a beautiful Autumn day.
