A Richmond trio was recently taken into custody on multiple drug charges, following a traffic stop by Richmond Police Department.
According to the citation, police were told by the system to verify insurance for the car that was driven by Bobbi Lynn Evans. Evans gave police consent to search the vehicle, where they discovered a crystal like substance in Evans’s backpack, suspected to be methamphetamine, along with syringes.
A passenger, Teddy Hacker had a warrant out for his arrest, and was also allegedly found to be in the possession of methamphetamine. The citation states that Hacker told police the substance was “pre workout”.
Another passenger, James A Willis, was asked to step put of the vehicle for a search. Police allegedly located a pill bottle with more suspected methamphetamine where he had been sitting.
Evans was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hacker and Willis were also charged with possession of methamphetamine, and all three were lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
