According to Berea Police, a Richmond man was taken into custody recently after interviews were conducted with two minors, a 16 and 12-year-old, stating that he allegedly sexaully abused them in a myriad of ways.
The citation details that 35-year-old Marcus Williams allegedly abused the two underage victims in a total of 14 instances while they were in his care.
Police continue that Williams allegedly forced, through various means, the two juveniles to engage in sexual acts with him. The victims told police the various ways that Williams allegedly engaged in sexual acts with the two, including taking nude pictures of the 16-year-old and instructing her how to pose.
Williams was brought in to speak with Berea Police, but denied the allegations.
He was charged with 1st degree rape, 1st degree sodomy, 1st degree sexual abuse, and promoting sexual performance by a minor under the age of 18 and is currently lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
