The Fayette County Coroners office is investigating the death of 66-year-old Clarence Irving Brown.
Brown was walking in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 26 in the 1700 block of Winchester Road.
Brown was struck by a passenger vehicle, around 3 a.m., that was traveling on outbound Winchester Road in Lexington.
Browne was pronounced deceased at the scene.
