Officials from the Paris Police Department and Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a reported shooting Sunday evening which took place at a Turner Street residence.
Through investigation, authorities concluded that an altercation between the victim and 26 year-old Jairum Cloud led to a second incident where Cloud is suspected to have shot the victim. The victim was transported to the hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.
Cloud has been charged with Murder and Tampering with Physical Evidence in the death of man from Paris, KY. Cloud’s girlfriend, Kendra Snyder, was also charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence after being interviewed. Both Cloud and Snyder were placed in the Bourbon County Regional Detention.
This case is still being investigated at this time.
