Two Whitley County residents are now charged with Murder and other drug-related offenses, following an investigation by the Kentucky State Police, London Post.
On December 16th, A Whitley County Grand Jury indicted Robin L. Siler, 57 years old of Williamsburg, and Jasmine S. Siler, 22 years old, also of Williamsburg, stemming from the death of a one-year-old child earlier this year.
On July 4th, 2025, Kentucky State Police Post 11 London was notified by Whitley County 911 of a 1-year-old child drowning victim at Baptist Health in Corbin, KY. That investigation determined that the juvenile was found in a swimming pool at his residence. The child was transported by Whitley County EMS to Baptist Health in Corbin, where he was later pronounced deceased by the Whitley County Coroner’s Office.
Both individuals are charged with Murder, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
