A police chase that began in Richmond ended in London earlier today.
The pursuit started around exit 87 in Madison County down Interstate 75 ending in London. Kentucky State Police London Post confirm to WBON-TV9 they have arrested Samuel Howard Young age 43 of Ohio.
Young is charged with 1st degree fleeing and evading, wanton endangerment, wanton endangerment of a police officer, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, among several other charges.
