One woman is now dead in Clay County following a crash that occurred last night around 10pm. According to crews on scene, it occurred in the Garrard community where a car driven by 46 year old Elsie Roberts of Manchester crossed the center line. She struck a truck head on which was driven by 33 year old Bradley Ruth of Manchester. She was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of impact and was pronounced dead at the scene. Ruth had three passengers in his vehicle, who were also not strapped in. All were transported to Manchester Memorial Hospital for injuries. Drug usage is reportedly a factor that is being considered for this deadly wreck
