**According to latest reports, deputies with the Onondaga County Sheriff’s located Delgado in his vehicle at a “Camping World of Syracuse.” They say they used stop sticks in an attempt to stop him before he left the parking lot. Delgado attempted to flee, but due to the damage inflicted by the stop sticks to his tires, he did not get far.
Delgado was arrested by the Onondaga County, NY Sheriff’s Office.He will now be extradited to Kentucky to face criminal charges, according to police.**

On Wednesday July 7, at around 9:15 pm officers were dispatched to the Homeplace Inn on reports of an injured person. Upon arrival, Nicholasville police officers discovered the clerk at the business had been shot. She was conscious and alert, and was able to give officers some basic information. Based on the investigation and her statement, police have obtained an arrest warrant for this individual:
Alfredo Angel Delgado, a resident of Frankfort, DOB-01/01/1993, 6’1″, brown eyes, male hispanic. Delgado currently has a outstanding warrant for Assault 1st Degree from the incident that took place tonight at Homeplace Inn.
