WBONtv had a chance to stop in and talk to Mayor Robert Blythe about the parking problem downtown.
“We have offered solutions, proposals and projects and so on but some things are more easily approached. It’s not so much we don’t have parking spaces, its letting people know where they are.”
New parking signs have been added to downtown to let people know where they are able to park. Mayor Blythe encourages everyone to walk the extra block or half block to get to their destination.
Keep a look out for these signs which are prominently displayed downtown, which you can see in the video.
