Last night, on 421 near Jackson Holler, a naked man was reportedly running around in the area. Kentucky State Police arrived on scene and took him into custody, but he was quickly handed off to Richmond Police who took him to Baptist Health.
Police say that there were no criminal charges filed, and that this was a mental health issue instead of a criminal offense.
