Just after noon today, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Lincoln County EMS was dispatched to the 4400 block of US 27 South for a report of a shooting incident.
When authorities arrived, they found one male subject deceased.
Deputies have made an arrest in connection with this case.
One male subject has been charged with Murder and Burglary 1st degree.
Authorities stress there is no public threat, and this is an isolated incident.
