Murder charges are now dropped against a Bourbon county man who was accused of not only killing a woman…but attempting to hide her body.
According to the Commonwealth Attorney and Kentucky state police, the serious charges against 48 year old Michael Hutsell were dropped due to lack of evidence. The body of 53 year old Tina Johnson had been discovered in January 2017 in the crawl space of a home in Paris.
Hutsell will still be looking at charges including abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence, retaliating against participants in a legal process, and persistent felony offender. He is now longer incarcerated at this moment.
